ASYS-Vario robot
The Vario robot is the consistent development of our SCARA robot and its proven technology. As well as the SCARA, the Vario robot has a drive concept which allows it to work without any motoric transmission in the arm, allowing no heat to disrupt or damage the arm area.

ASYS-Jumbo robot
The ASYS Jumbo robot is one of the largest and most powerful robots in the world for handling semiconductor products. This robot impresses not only with its substantial payload capacity, reach, and precision, but also—despite its size—with its outstanding dynamic performance.

Of course, the Jumbo robot is available in both atmospheric and vacuum versions. Both variants offer the same payload capacities, dynamic performance, and precision specifications. In a vacuum environment, the robot can be used without restrictions, even in high-vacuum conditions. Our customers receive an ASYS robot bearing the “Made in Germany” seal of quality, which leaves nothing to be desired in the realm of absolute high-end handling—regardless of whether the robot is used in the semiconductor, solar, or life sciences sectors.

The design’s focus on a proven modular principle makes it possible to configure the robot for a wide variety of applications.
